Warranties and returns

Do not forget that when buying a product, you have the opportunity to independently check it for compliance with the declared characteristics and the absence of defects!

To reserve the right to return the goods within 14 days («Закону про захист прав споживачів»), it is required:

save the packaging;
do not remove protective films, labels;
handle the product with care so that it does not lose its presentation.

Please pay attention:

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange or return.

These products include:

Products for personal hygiene mouthpieces (drip-types), as well as products that have a mouthpiece in the kit (atomizers, starter kits, under systems).
Also, we carry out the exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the Buyer, only if they have not been used.

Return / exchange of goods is subject to all the following conditions:

The item has not been used. To check whether the device was used or not, our manager for receiving the goods can. If it is discovered that the product has been used (there are liquid residues in the atomizer, clearomizer, steam generator, and cartridge), the store may exercise the right to refuse the buyer due to violation of this clause. All goods belonging to the category of consumables (e-liquids, replaceable vaporizers, etc.) and to the category of personal goods (atomizers, drip-types and other devices during the use of which personal contact occurs) can only be returned UNPACKED.
The product has no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, the software has not been modified, etc.
The product is fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated.
All labels and factory markings are preserved.
